HOW we work
As long time practitioners, members have all applied the MG Taylor Process
and Method to facilitate collaborative work that addresses some of the
world's most pressing and complex issues.
Members of the Value Web come together in clusters around events to
facilitate the results that matter to individuals, communities and the
world at large.

Our Events
The Value Web designs and delivers programmes of work that enable results-oriented
dialogue.
These programmes can be transformational in nature, in which decisions
lead to completely new ways of working. Or, programmes can be transactional,
in which they range from bringing divergent groups into alignment
on decisions, to facilitating future visioning of products, services
and sectors.
Transformation Events
DesignSession™
A specific process to release Group Genius™ in the client that, greatly
condenses the time in which it takes a team to move from problem definition
to solutions. All information generated is captured, organized and
put into a form that enables future action. Every element from people
to technology to environment, is managed to provide optimal outcomes.
DesignShop™
A three day – or more – DesignSession, used to address complex,
systemic conditions that require mass collaboration and a holistic approach
to move quickly from ideas to action. DesignShops result in a plan of
action – not simply a plan to plan.
WorkSession
A brief DesignSession – less than a day in duration, used to articulate
the questions to be addressed in a subsequent design process and one
that is more narrowly focused.
Transactional Events
Future visioning, conferences and learning sessions that focus on knowledge-sharing
and new ways to connect. The Value Web designs the entire programme,
from theme to logistics, as well as individual sessions often using
a multi-sensory approach.

Our Tools
Designing, building, and using environments, processes, and tools that
systematically and repeatedly release a group's ability to solve complex
issues is what distinguishes the MG Taylor® Process from other
methods.
Environment
It is our fundamental conviction that the environment must fit the
needs of the work. We ,therefore, create our own workspaces – Navigation
Centres – as either permanent spaces or as mobile events around
the world.
Our environments are flexible and modular. They allow for individual
reflection, small team working, large group sharing and level-setting
and ‘hive’ type activities with individuals and teams working
in parallel to design the outcomes they require.
Our environments are technologically equipped to maximize learning through
the use of multimedia, research, and real-time turn-around of working
documents.
