WHAT we do
The Value Web designs and delivers collaborative
engagement for clients around the world.
At our core are the MG Taylor methods
and models for transformational change, which are based on fundamental
principles of individual and group creativity, focused problem definition
and rapid iterations of solutions.
The Value Web's collective experience allows our
design processes to cut through the complexity found in the worlds
of business, government, non-profit and civil society – and build
connections at the intersections where these communities come together.
The Value Web stands for integrity and sustainable
solutions that best benefit the organization and the larger world in
which it is a part.

Creativity
Our practice from beginning to end is infused wih the use of multiple
intelligences, creativity and attention to detail as participants generate
a common language and shared memory of new ways of working. An exciting
environment with engaged participants is created when all of these elements
‘fire’ at the same time leading to unimagined creative results
in record time.
The Value Web is an engine for creativity. Our group defines the ‘future
of talent’ in its relentless pursuit of the best practices, research,
linkages, and experiences. We work with many organizations – both
profit and nonprofit – to help them make sense of a rapidly changing
world and to allow for complexity in ways that connect the seemingly
unconnected. At its core, The Value Web stands for integrity and sustainable
solutions that best benefit the organisation and the larger world in
which it is a part. But it is the power of creativity that is at the
heart of what we do.

Design
Design shapes and deploys the ideas that make innovation happen. Design
is a verb, a noun, a mindset.
As a mindset, design involves letting go of the preconceived and creating
the space for new possibilities. This is what we see as the paradigm
shift required to address the challenges that organizations –
and the world as a whole – are facing. The
Shift Paper authored by Tomorrow Makers best describes the opposing
paradigms.
Our approach to design leverages the modeling language of MG Taylor
to unleash Group Genius™. We define Group Genius as the ability
of a group working iteratively and collaboratively to seek, model and
put into place higher-order solutions. Time compression, systemic and
focused workflows, feedback, individual creativity and collective creativity
are core features of Group Genius.
Designing, building, and using environments, processes, and tools that
systematically and repeatedly release this ability critically distinguishes
the MG Taylor® Process from other methods of collaborative work
and facilitation.
